Bellmac Settlements is an independently-owned settlement agency established in 2005 by Johanna Bell. Johanna has almost 30 years of experience in the settlement industry. She began her settlement career as an outside clerk for solicitors Stone James & Co. She then worked inside the office on the discharge of mortgages and new mortgages for 10 years. After that, she became an assistant conveyancer for many years.
In 2004, she completed her Diploma in Conveyancing at TAFE. The following year, she decided to take up a challenge and opened her independent settlements agency.
Since then, her extensive knowledge of the industry has placed Bellmac Settlemets at the forefront of the industry. Serving as the company’s licensee/principal, she helps achieve homebuyers’ and sellers’ goals. And she is proud to be a part of that journey.
