Our Settlement Agent Fee

We’re here to make buying or selling your home as easy as possible. And we strive to keep our quoted fees simple and transparent.

Bellmac Settlements is an independent, unaffiliated agent, so you can be sure that no commission will come out of your pocket. The only fees we charge are settlement fees, which are the same for both buyers and sellers.

All professional fees quoted are inclusive of GST. Additional costs can be expected for, but not limited to, office disbursements, attendance fees (manual and electronic), land title searches, rates and taxes enquiries, building approvals, etc. These are expenses that we pay on your behalf so you don’t have to worry about them. We’ll provide an indication along with our quote so you know what to expect. We can guarantee that our written quote will have NO HIDDEN FEES!
